Do you have a home warranty or an extended service plan? Please contact that company's customer service — they will arrange service for you.

Service requested from Legend Tech Services is out-of-warranty (customer-paid). A diagnostic & trip fee is charged for the visit, and it is not refundable once the technician has come out. Any repair beyond the diagnosis is quoted first and done only with your approval.
